Glenn Mottershead has a passion for abstract photography. In his very own works of experimental photography, he creates rich and often deep journeys into his cityscapes. Glenn believes that you become the flaneur, the walker of the city just by using your eyes, you become a witness, drawn into the stories where you dare not walk in reality. These prints are not just for placing on a wall, they are for taking down and holding as a map, working out your imaginary journey of the built-up and sprawl, looking hard at the detail and letting the current on the canvas take you elsewhere.
Each piece may look like art made by pen and paint, however, these are all made with photographs. Great effort and time have been invested within each fine art photograph, ranging from the conception and production of the image to the finesse in printing. Each print has been produced and handled with the greatest care and consideration by Glenn Mottershead, using the most relevant materials to produce the finest depth and richest quality image possible.
The editions are printed with archival inks delivering the finest detail of 2880dpi on Hahnemuhle Fine Art / Textured German Etching 310gm. The artwork is available in three popular sizes. You can purchase these unique pieces by emailing the artist directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
